The Honor Project

Honoring the stories those who served our country

The primary goal of the Trifecta Dance Collective to infuse an artistic voice into the communities we serve. The Honor Project was created to honor our heroes, to remember their achievements, and to thank them for their sacrifices.

The Trifecta Dance Collective hosted the first annual Honor Project Benefit performance on November 4, 2017 at The BookMarket in Glenview. The project was originally proposed by 5th grader Brinley Arens to support all those who have served, including her father, Bob Arens, a Chicago firefighter and veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Over young 70 dancers performed.  At the event, the group raised more than 300 pounds of donations and $300 for Operation Support Our Troops. Local sponsors for the event included QAS Boy Scout Troop #626, Nuts & More, Barbara's Bookstore, Bravo, Nestle, The Soma Institute, Starbucks, VFW Post 8322 and Your Pie.

In November 2018,  we are pleased to announce that TDC will be partnering with Takeda Pharmaceuticals to create a one of a kind performance telling the stories of veterans within the Takeda employee community.

Our youth will also be holding a fundraiser to collect donations and goods for Operation Support Our Troops.
