Shannon Brodie

Shannon Brodie holds a B.F.A. in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University, where she has since returned to guest-teach a master class through Trifecta. A founding member of Chicago’s Nomi Dance Company, her contemporary pointe solo earned praise from the Chicago Tribune, and she was honored to perform in the 2018 Dance for Life gala at the Auditorium Theatre. Her career also includes work with Winifred Haun and Dancers, creative collaborations with Purus Motus, and choreography for Meraki Dance Company. Since joining Trifecta Dance Collective in 2018, Shannon has represented the company at the Detroit Dance Festival and across numerous collaborative projects. Alongside performing, she co-directs Ignite and Ignite Sr., two youth dance companies in Elk Grove, sharing her passion with the next generation. Shannon is thrilled to continue sharing the stage with Trifecta for another inspired season!
